The Impact You’ll Have At Concora Credit

We’re looking for an onsite Office Coordinator who is proactive, detail-oriented, provides excellent customer service, and works with a sense of urgency. This individual will provide general office support with a focus on facilities and Team Member engagement activities.

This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and is onsite Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

As our Office Coordinator, you will:

  • Create a welcoming and professional on-site experience.
  • Maintain inventory and distribute all office, kitchen and janitorial supplies.
  • Be responsible for our company's badging system.
  • Provide support to Team Members as needed for office supplies and assist with on-site meetings. May assist with related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, binding and collating.
  • Maintain our office-seating chart. Assist with new hire desk setups and desk modification/adjustment requests.
  • Assist with the ongoing support of Team Member engagement projects and company events.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including providing back up to other administrative functions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience required.
  • One or more years in an administrative support role in a professional environment.
  • Intermediate level MS Office Skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and determine work using independent judgment without direct supervision on a daily basis.
  • Must be reliable, proactive, and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • High level of accuracy and detail orientation needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Functions

You must meet work deadlines, have regular attendance, good oral and written communication skills, provide timely and accurate work product, have good interpersonal skills, have the ability to work with a team, have the ability to multi-task, use a PC and a computer terminal, and the specialized telephone system. Position requires access to all areas of the office and the ability to sit and/or walk for extended periods of time, periodically bending and twisting, and frequent application of a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
