Accounts Receivable Clerk - #1692575

You will be responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable Process for a company through QuickBooks and other off-line processes. This job description does not state or imply that the duties listed are the only duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. Also, this position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. We desire candidates who can effectively work and communicate with different personalities daily.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining the billing system;

Generating invoices and account statements;

Performing account reconciliations;

Maintaining accounts receivable files and records;

Producing monthly financial and management reports;

Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries;

Assisting in general financial management and analysis;

Read and answer all email communication directed to your email account;

Receive payments in the form of check, ACH, wire transfer, or cash. Follow procedure for cash payments. For all other payment types, receive payments in Quickbooks by applying payments to invoices, and applying relevant discounts and credits.

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of Quickbooks;

2+ of experience with Accounts Receivable or similar role;

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
