With a generous salary range of $90-95K plus a year-end discretionary bonus, this hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and engagement, requiring just 2-3 days on-site and standard 9am-5pm hours.

In addition to core accounting functions, the ideal Senior Accountant will have extensive experience in system implementations, as this will be a primary focus from the onset. Aside from this, your days will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, budgeting and forecasting, and cash accounting. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining financial systems and infrastructure to support reporting and analysis.

This Senior Accountant plays a key role in managing and building the financial data framework, ensuring smooth and reliable data flow across the company.

This position also oversees the daily accounting and finance tasks for operations, including AP/AR, cash management, budget oversight, and P&L analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage data pipelines for integrating, transforming, and loading financial data into the new ERP systems, ensuring the data is in the required format.
• Maintain data quality and system performance, including data cleaning, validation, and optimization to improve data access and analysis.
• Support the Accounting Manager and Finance Director with the monthly financial closing and reporting process.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years' of professional accounting experience
• ERP Implementation experience, data mapping, and building infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• Experience using tools such as SQL, R, SAS
• Strong Excel skills
• Highly preferred experience: Blackline
