As a Patient Care Coordinator, you're not just coordinating—you're crafting personalized care plans and providing invaluable support to caregivers and families with empathy and patience. From assisting with prescription refills to interpreting lab results and maintaining sensitive patient records, you'll embody our motto, "To Care is an Honor," ensuring a best-in-class patient experience every step of the way.

To excel in this role, previous healthcare experience and proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls are highly valued. Familiarity with software applications for data entry and client information retrieval, including EMR/EHR & CRM systems, is advantageous. Don't worry if you're new to the field—we're committed to providing comprehensive training and onboarding support to set you up for success!

Additional Qualifications

Preferred: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, Clinical Medical Assistant Certification.
