Role Overview
As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in gathering and analyzing market insights to inform strategic decision-making. This role offers flexibility as a remote position within the continental US, with occasional office visits based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze competitive and market intelligence from various sources, including industry landscapes, technology trends, and competitor performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive synopses on market trends, competitive forces, and penetration strategies.
Support corporate participation in data collection projects and prepare ad hoc competitive intelligence summaries and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to address competitive risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform business strategies effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Six or more years of professional experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or marketing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills with knowledge of financial reporting standards preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Familiarity with insurance products and the insurance industry landscape.
