Job Description

General Description: Communicates with vendors and other staff to determine service work needed. Enters assignment data into computer data base. Maintains project log. Prepares project reports.. Performs related duties as needed or assigned. Works independently and as part of team. Reports to Operations Managers.

Definition: Under general supervision, receives and enters requests for service.

Essential Duties

• Monitor service request email and business line
• Accept service orders
• Input into work order tracking system and assign work to vendor
• Track job completion
• Coordinate with invoicing and project management personne
• Process invoices submitted for payment
  
  

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to understand and follow English instructions
• Two years of related experience or a two-year degree in a related field
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and agree to criminal history background check
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
  
  

Physical Requirements And Working Conditions

Must possess vision to read printed materials; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. Must be available during regular business hours and for off-hours and emergency overtime as required.
