Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams in the accounting, finance, and operations departments to facilitate the monthly close cycle. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting our operations team in effectively implementing company strategies
• Preparation and posting of general journal entries, while maintaining meticulous records and files
• Addressing accounting and financial inquiries through thorough research and data interpretation
• Developing and implementing accounting procedures by evaluating existing processes and suggesting enhancements
• Preparation and analysis of accrual-based financial statements through trend analysis and variance assessments against budget
• Maintenance of detailed reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts, including bank accounts
• Participation in special projects as required, including ad hoc analysis assignments
• Fulfillment of other duties as assigned
  
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with management and colleagues
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A keen eye for accuracy, conciseness, and attention to detail

Qualifications For This Role Include
