Coastal Fertility Specialists is growing and has an immediate opening for a Financial Counselor Assistant (Insurance Verification/Prior Authorization Specialist) in our Daniel Island office who wants to make a difference in this world by helping couples with infertility start the family of their dreams. We're looking for a candidate with at least one year of medical administrative experience in healthcare whose duties will include:

Verifying insurance benefits and working with insurance companies to obtain authorizations

Managing prescription requests and completing medication prior-authorizations

Communication with Financial Counselors and insurance carriers

All other administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Must be well organized, have excellent communication and customer service skills and have the ability to multitask and work well in a team environment. This is a full-time position of approximately 36 - 40 hours per week in our Daniel Island, SC office.
