Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an RF Technician I who will fulfill the responsibilities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to learn to climb and work on communications towers to install, replace, and repair antenna systems equipment.
• Ability to learn the tools and materials to properly perform the cope of work within spec.
• Able to learn and acknowledge the hazards associated with tower climbing, construction materials, and working near energized lines and equipment.
• Able to learn and become knowledgeable of site safety and awareness.
• Follow method of procedure accurately and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to learn to Troubleshoot and communicate equipment performance issues.
• Maintain professional attitude when working with Top Hands, Foreman, CMs, and PMs.
• Overnight Travel as needed.
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions (Heat, Snow, Rain, Wind).
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be a well-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Not afraid of heights
• Able to climb towers, squat, bend and lift 50lbs.
• Current valid Driver’s License or CDL is a plus
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Good listener and ability to learn
• Pass a pre-employment drug (marijuana included)/background screen.
