Overview

The Senior Billing & AR Specialist is responsible for the administration of our billing/contract management system as well as the integration between this system and our software application that drives billing. This includes analysis of customer accounts for monthly usage and bulk processing through our billing/contract management system to generate invoices. We seek opportunities to leverage technology and innovation to solve the core operational functions of the business. Experience in solutioning within billing systems will allow you to be successful in this role.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Review executed contract agreements and input into billing/contact management system? Maintain customer account mapping between contracts and customer ids in our application? Bulk processing of updates to customer accounts to capture monthly usage? Process bill runs within our billing/contact management system and send invoices? Compile support to validate invoices and send emails to customers? Review and reconcile data between CPQ and ERP? Generate monthly revenue and AR reports from our billing/contract management system? Management of outstanding customer AR balances? Apply customer payments? Securely handle all customer data and payment information? Collection of outstanding receivables? Communicate with finance leadership as needed regarding overdue account statuses? Maintain customer contact details in the billing/contract management system? Respond to customer inquiries? Work closely with our Account Management team to ensure timely contracting of renewals and resolution of customer inquiries

Experience in a SaaS / technology industry? Associate degree in Accounting preferred? Experience with NetSuite, Suitebilling, Salesforce and advanced knowledge of ExcelSupervisory Responsibility:

Compensation Range

  • X to X + DOE (plus commissions when applicable)
