Overview

Join a leading organization in the personal home care and medical staffing industry as we expand our team. We are looking for a proactive HRIS Administrator to manage and enhance our Human Resources Information Systems. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert on our HRIS platforms, primarily ADP Workforce Now, ensuring our systems are optimized to support vital HR functions such as compensation, benefits, performance reviews, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the System Administrator for HRIS and related software, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

Prepare technical documentation, training manuals, and user guides.

Serve as a technical lead during system upgrades and implementations.

Audit HR systems for data integrity and provide end-user technical support.

Coordinate with the IT department to develop, test, and implement system integrations and upgrades.

Maintain and update HR procedures and reports to support business needs.

Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system benefits.

Engage with HR, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless data integration and address interdepartmental impacts.

Develop analytics to support management decision-making.

Stay updated with the latest in HR technology, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS, with at least 2 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of relevant state and federal employment laws.

Working Conditions

This position is primarily remote.

Occasional travel (about 10%) may be required to support business operations.
