Job Description:

Questify Fitness, a premier gym company located in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms.

Pay Range: $1150 - $1450 weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for Questify Fitness's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes posts, stories, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful interactions with followers and build a loyal community around the brand.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to achieve marketing objectives such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and track campaign performance.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Analyze data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
