Your Role

As our Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within our Sales/Contracts team, thriving in the midst of challenges and seamlessly finding solutions. Your responsibilities will include acting as a key connector among our Sales, Procurement, and other departments. You'll manage the intricate process of analyzing product demand and supply metrics, creating detailed quotes, setting timelines, and drafting wholesale customer contracts. You'll oversee the contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring clear communication and accurate reporting throughout their lifecycle.

This role demands a keen eye for detail, a profound love for data, and exceptional analytical skills. Your ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, will be essential for internal collaborations and achieving our collective goals. While this is primarily a Monday to Friday, full-time position with standard hours, we value work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options. This role is based in Eugene, Oregon, but offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional visits to the office as needed.

Who You Are

A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, analysis, or administrative support roles.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

Prior experience in the natural and organic food sector is a plus.

Knowledge of project management, Purchasing, and Product Management processes is preferred.

Familiarity with enterprise-level Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
