Job Summary

The HR Specialist holds a pivotal position within the HR department, acting as a central hub for various administrative tasks critical to the organization's human capital management. Your primary objective is to provide comprehensive support across a spectrum of HR functions, including benefits administration, onboarding, employee engagement, and event coordination. Your precision and attention to detail in executing these responsibilities are instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and fostering a workplace culture characterized by inclusivity, recognition, and continuous improvement. Ultimately, your efforts directly contribute to enhancing employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational success.

Essential Duties And Functions

  • Benefits Administration
  • Staff Resumes and Bio Coordination
  • Coordination of Department Bios and Videos and Lunch and Learn sessions.
  • Conduct staff stay and exit interviews.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate onboarding.
  • Timesheet Administration
  • Staff Event Coordination
  • Monthly Employee Celebration and Employee of The Month
  • Employee Engagement and Recognition
  • Job Description Development
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Evaluations

Requirements For This Position Include

  • SHRM Certified or Ability to acquire certification within one year.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Leads with a servant heart.
  • Heart to support staff.
  • Detail oriented and takes initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills and resolution.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Associates or Bachelors in related field preferred.
  • 3-5 Years Experience in a Related Field.
