Senior expert supporting the efforts associated with coordinating and implementing disaster response, recovery, information management and logistics operations; Serves as project lead of a specific consulting assignments, to include leading a team of consultants or subject matter experts. Applies practical experience and theoretical knowledge and expertise to solution development. Ensures the accomplishment of project activities and objectives. Provides a broad range of consulting services, including program planning, strategy development, program execution, evaluation, and policy development. Utilizes experience and expertise to contribute to the development of deliverables. Leads or assists in discussions and meetings with the client or project team. Performs a variety of tasks that require both practical and experience and theoretical, state-of-the-art, technical knowledge in specialty areas

• Master’s Degree Required
• Ten (10) years relevant experience
• Ability to travel for extended periods
