We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in the bustling city of Toledo, Ohio. This role is a crucial part of our operations, with a focus on customer service, data entry, and timeline management in our fast-paced workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management tasks, ensuring all deliverables are met on time
• Provide exemplary customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for various project tasks
• Organize and manage files and documents, ensuring they are correctly stored and accessible
• Scan and digitize documents as needed for record-keeping purposes
• Manage shipping functions, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of items
• Regularly update project timelines to keep all team members informed of progress and changes
• Utilize Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and formatting.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage timelines and schedules efficiently to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Experience in organizing files, both physically and digitally, for easy access and retrieval.
• Proficiency in scanning documents and maintaining digital records.
• Knowledge of shipping functions, including preparing, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
