Job Summary

Materials/Inventory Coordinator at a leading chemical manufacturer located in Kansas City, KS. This role is responsible for ordering and managing raw materials and the coordination of customer shipments. To be considered - must have Materials/Inventory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualificiations

• Must have Material/Inventory experience in a manufacturing environment (Chemical, Wastewater, Paper industry is preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Performs assignments involving the coordination of customer shipments and samples
• Oversee inventory management of products and production entry into the company accounting management system
• Performs Batch Selection for customer shipments verifying quality meets all customer requirements
• Coordinates outbound and inbound shipments
• Prepares shipping forms and all appropriate paperwork and labels
