You'll be responsible for representing our client in the growth and development of their growing staffing agency.
Duties include -
- Engage with local branch teams to ensure that customers' orders are filled with the talent they need.
- Closes orders and ensures proper documentation is complete.
- Ensure sales growth through aggressive market strategies and account development.
- Hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability.
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process and during service delivery.
- Utilize sales tools, such as CRM and tracking tools for reporting and strategy activity.
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, where you will be the single point of contact.
- Maintain a high level of visibility and communication with the customer to help ensure we're providing exceptional customer service.
- 2-5 years related sales experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Sales experience in the staffing industry
- Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources regulations for assigned territory
- Knowledge of consultative selling
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions
- Valid driver's license
- Self-motivated with the ability to deliver on target goals
- Process driven with a systematic approach to improving sales
- Strong on execution with a level of ownership and accountability
