Red Points is seeking a dynamic and analytical VP of Revenue Operations to spearhead operational support for our revenue team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will lead and oversee the Revenue Operations function globally, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the formulation, execution, and continual refinement of sales strategies, initiatives, and systems. Your experience in navigating high-growth environments and your readiness to dive into the trenches will be essential for success. You thrive in establishing scalable processes, wielding influence across all levels, and possess a deep understanding of enterprise sales processes.

The role

As a key member of our global Go-To-Market team, you will play a critical role in:

  • Aligning sales enablement strategies and programs with Red Points' strategic commercial objectives.
  • Orchestrating impactful training programs to address critical skill gaps promptly and effectively.
  • Ensuring sales enablement initiatives yield measurable results and adapt agilely to the evolving needs of the Revenue organization.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Spearhead strategic initiatives critical for Red Points' growth trajectory, such as cross-functional demand generation efforts, market identification and expansion, pricing optimization, churn reduction strategies, process enhancement, and long-term forecasting.
  • Planning: Develop and manage territory plans that align with Red Points' go-to-market strategy while maximizing sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compensation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design incentive plans that motivate our sales force and drive productivity.
  • Team Sessions: Partner with cross-functional leaders to facilitate strategic planning sessions for key events like kick-offs, regional sales meetings, end-of-quarter assessments, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Deal Desk: Lead a team responsible for supporting RFP responses, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. Serve as the subject matter expert guiding back-office processes to expedite sales, optimize revenue recognition, and standardize deal structures.
  • Tools: Build and harness a world class tech stack to enhance revenue effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Proactively analyse and report on the performance and health of Red Points' Revenue strategy, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Strategy & Operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) is a must.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
  • Consultative sales approach with a strong customer focus and exceptional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically, balancing short-term objectives with long-term goals.
  • Adept at quantitative analysis, with advanced Excel skills and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive cross-functional solutions at the senior leadership level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Passion for data and analytics, aligning with Red Points' vision of empowering informed decision-making.
  • Positive, professional demeanor with a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges of any scale.
