Job Summary:

Intrepid Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to manage a small mattress distribution center within our Greensboro, North Carolina Territory. This is a full-time, stand-alone position that may evolve into a future ownership opportunity for the selected candidate. Said candidate will be a confident communicator, possessing a well-documented history of success within, sales, sales training, or within a previous business of their own. Additionally, all honorably discharged Veterans, Police, and First Responders are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Can expect to earn up to $75,000 - $150,000+ per year (commensurate with sales position / sales experience / speed of adaptiveness)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the designated territory
• Initiate and maintain company advertising / marketing
• Conduct onsite product demonstrations for customers
• Quickly learn company processes / sales strategies
• Monitor competitor activity to make informed business decisions
• Represent Intrepid Marketing at industry events and conferences
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales / business targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work alone within a casual warehouse environment.
• Ability to adapt to various client's personalities.
